Added new payment processor FaucetPay instead FaucetHUB

We decided to add a new payment processor FaucetPay. io instead of the closing FaucetHUB. io. FaucetPay is similar to FaucetHUB, has a simple interface.

By default, the wallet that was used for FaucetHUB is now assigned to FaucetPay. If you use a another bitcoin wallet with FaucetPay, you need to replace it in your U24 account. For security reasons, a wallet can only be changed once. After that, the field will become unavailable for editing. If you need to make changes again, contact support.
